This is the recipe that started Carson down his path to perfect turning every one of his favorite confections into an indiscernible gluten free and vegan counterpart.

Our base starts with a browned, nearly burnt, organic butter that we combine with pasture raised eggs. We only use organic sugar at a reduced level making for a well balanced cookie. Large gooey chunks of milk, dark, and semi-sweet chocolate make this the certified OG of all chocolate chip cookies. 

Carson's original recipe has taken over 12 years to perfect!
